The Role:
The overall aim of the position is to provide first and second line support to clients all over the world and will include the following key responsibilities:
-Provide accurate software support to customers by telephone or via email -Be able to recognize and diagnose technical problems, troubleshoot and provide accurate solutions -Test and evaluate software -Proactively share knowledge and disseminate information to team members at a local and global basis
